Exchange & returns

At na Leta jewellery, we offer returns within 30 days from the purchase date. We are pleased to offer all customers a 30 day money back guarantee. Alternatively, we are happy to offer a full credit if this is your preferred option. Please note, all jewellery must be unworn and in its original condition in order to receive your refund or credit. If you do wish to return your items, please sent us an email at hello@natletajewellery.com and we will provide you with the appropriate returns information.

*For health and hygienic reasons, earrings can’t be returned.

If you are unsure whether your item is refundable, feel free to send us an email on hello@natletajewellery.com with your receipt and current condition of jewellery and we will be able to assist you.

All returns must be sent by tracked courier only and all details sent through to us so we are able to track the return. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.

na Leta refuse returns for any of the following:

  • A piece not returned in its original condition, has been scratched, damaged, worn or taken out of its original packaging.
  • If your return is lodged outside your 30 day time frame.
  • If your piece is on sale.
  • Damage caused due to personal wear and tear, discolouration due to skin reaction, water damage or failure to maintain the peace.

Because all bodies are uniquely different, unfortunately different peoples body chemistry affects how jewellery wears as body oils vary. This may cause discolouration or oxidisation to your purchase. If this does happen, a refund will not be allowed.

  • na Leta takes no responsibility for addresses that have been entered incorrectly. We recommend you double check that all information is correct before submitting.
  • na Leta takes no responsibility for orders that are damaged or lost while in transport or by your local courier. We guarantee that all products are dispatched in exceptional condition.
  • na Leta takes no responsibility for the expenses accrued from returns.
  • na Leta takes no responsibility for any clearance or custom charges you make be liable for in relation to international shipping.
