All orders are dispatched from the Gold Coast, Australia.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We understand that when you place your order you want it to arrive as soon as possible which is why all orders are sent out the next business day. 

Once you have placed your order you will get a confirmation email, this email is not when the jewellery has been shipped out. You will then receive an email that your order has been dispatched outlining all the tracking details and link.  During sale or peak busy periods please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your order before dispatch. Please note orders placed on the weekend or a public holiday will be processed the next business day.

If you are based in the Gold Coast we offer click and collect. Please email us at hello@naletajewellery.com to arrange collection. Please note we generally require one business day to organise this.

We offer free shipping for all orders throughout Australia and New Zealand. 

We ship to the majority of countries throughout the world. Please ensure you enter your correct country so you get the correct shipping rates and estimated delivery times.

TRACKING INFORMATION

All orders are tracked and you will be sent your tracking number upon your dispatch email. To find progress on your order simply go to the 'track my order' page and enter your tracking code. You can then follow your order from when it leaves our studio to arriving on your doorstep. If you require further assistance please contact us.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

na Leta Jewellery is not responsible for addresses that are entered incorrectly or parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. We are also not liable for any customs charges you may incur for getting your parcel into your country. Please make sure when ordering that all your details are correct. Once your order has been dispatched, it is unlikely we will be able to redirect this as it may be with your local courier.
