Ordering:

  • Can I change or cancel my order? If you’ve already placed your order, it is likely this can not be changed as it may already be shipped. Please get in contact with us as soon as possible for assistance.
  • Does naLeta only stock online? We are currently only selling products online although we hope to open our own store in the near future.
  • How long do you take to restock? We do our best to ensure all products remain in stock for all our customers. If these do sell out, we aim to have these back in stock within 5 working days.

Payment:

  • What payment methods do you accept?
  • Credit Cards: We accept all visa and mastercard payments/transactions.
  • (PAYPAL): You’re welcome to pay with pay-pal if you’d prefer. This is accessible throughout the express checkout.
  • GIFT VOUCHERS and CREDITS: Our gift cards and credits are valid for 24 months from issue. These can only be used once, so unfortunately any remaining balance will not be credited back. With this, if you exceed your voucher or credit amount, there is an open to settle the balance with the above payment methods.
  • Discounts: Valid discount codes can be used at anytime throughout the checkout process. Simply enter your code into the β€œdiscount code” and click β€œapply code”.
  • Is my payment private and secure:
  • We guarantee that all payments and information gather to ensure your goods arrive successfully through our site is kept private and secure. If we do receive fraudulent orders that are flagged, we may be required to make direct contact with you. As a result, your order may be refunded or cancelled.

Shipping and delivery:

  • How long will my jewellery take to arrive?
  • Once your jewellery has been dispatched from our head quarters, we aim to have these at your door step within:
    • Australia 1-3 business days
    • New Zealand 1-3 business days
    • United Kingdom 1-5 business days
    • United States 1-5 business days
    • Other International 7-20 business days
  • Do you offer free express shipping?
  • Yes we offer free express shipping throughout NZ and AUS. All other orders are shipped free of charge on orders over $150.
  • Am I able to track my order?
  • Yes all customers are given their own unique tracking number. To find progress on your order simply go to the β€œtrack my order” page and enter your tracking code. You can then follow your jewellery hour by our journey to your door step. If you require further assistants please contact us.Β 
  • Do you offer worldwide shipping?Β 
  • We ship to the majority of countries throughout the world. Please ensure you enter your correct country so you get the correct shipping rates and estimated delivery times.
  • Can I redirect my parcel?
  • Once your order has been dispatch, it is unlikely we will be able to redirect this as it may be with your local courier. Please contact us immediately if there has been a mistake with your ordering address and we will do our best to resolve this for you.

Returns:

  • Am I able to return my order?
    • We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring you love your new jewellery. In the event you aren’t satisfied with your piece, we offer a 30 day return guarantee. All returns will need to be returned in the same, unworn and original condition to receive a full credit refund.Β 
    • We do not however except refunds if you change your mind about the product, unless you require an alternative size.
    • If you are eligible to return your piece, please have your order number ready to go and launch your return on our exchange and return'sΒ page.
